Hello, 1 room is available in a large 5 bedroom house at the base of beautiful, green mountains. It is a quite street and a short walk to public transport. The University is approximately a 10 minute drive. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been renovated and includes a dishwasher and two fridges.

The room price includes a fortnightly cleaner who visits, electricity, water and NBN internet;
⦁ One medium room ($180) has a queen bed, desk and built-in wardrobes (potential for couples, please contact to negotiate a combined price).


About us; My husband and I have 2 adult children who both live away from home and we share our home with a friendly cat. For the past 10 years we have enjoyed having over 30 international students live with us. We are very friendly, social people who both work full time and will respect your privacy. We currently have a 23 year old female student staying with us.

About you; Trustworthy, easy-going, tidy person. You are responsible for your own meals, although we are happy to share sometimes. Please email if you have any questions.
