4-bedroom shared house, Werambie Street

Hello my house is about 5 minutes drive to the SCU Coffs Harbour. There are buses that go to the Uni close to my place. The shopping centre Toormina Gardens is a short walk away.

I am a mature aged woman and live with my puppy Millie. I am currently studying for my Diploma in Beauty. I work as a Support Worker in Aged Care.

I offer a single bed that looks out to the back garden. I can offer you a desk and chair. I will arrange to have a TV in your room if required. I have a printer that is possible for you to access and have wifi available. I have a sizeable back garden with a BBQ. There are large undercover areas at the front and the rear of the property.

Just a short walk away are some wonderful beaches and the river (Boambee Reserve) with BBQ facilities. It is a truly wonderful area. The Sawtell shops are also within walking distance.

I prefer a quiet applicant who does not play loud music, smoke or have parties. Sorry! I like a quiet existence. I would be happy to practice my beauty skills on you and if you like cooking I wouldn't mind sharing some new recipes with you (sharing the costs of ingredients).
