2-bedroom shared house, Kotuku Street

There are two rooms available, one small for $100, the other medium size for $130. Both rooms have a desk and there is fast NBN internet access.
The house is in a quiet location, yet very central to everything. Buses are available to Uni, the bus stop is about a 5 min walk away. Driving to Uni takes about 12 minutes, with the push bike about 30 min.
We are a family with teenagers/ young adults and usually eat dinner together. As an option we can offer you full board for an additional $120. This will include all food, including breakfast, pack your own lunch, snacks, fruit etc, plus washing of laundry. On weekends we often do self-serve eating as everyone has their own schedule.
We have a pool, which you will be more than welcome to use as well. You will also be welcome to use our lounge room as a shared space (very cosy in winter with the fire place).
