We are looking for people to Share a 4 bedroom home. $150 & $160 per room per week. (Includes $10 towards utilities)

THE HOME
Located in the centre of North Lismore, this bright and airy home offers a peaceful environment perfect for students and professional people alike. Freshly renovated, the home boasts four bedrooms, an attic space, large open-plan living area, new kitchen, brand new bathroom and a large yard complete with permaculture veggie garden. Each of the bedrooms are generous in size and are furnished and have there own key lock.

THE LOCATION
North Lismore, a creative hub for the Northern Rivers area, is one of the more colourful historic suburbs in the Lismore area, rich in character and charm.

Originally home to the pioneering residents of Lismore, boasting gambling dens and hotels of the 1800s era, the area is now home to amenities such as Art Galleries, a Skating Rink, Organic Food Stores, the Lismore Show Grounds and Parks and Recreation areas. The centre of the busy Lismore Central Business District is a leisurely 2 minute walk away, and Southern Cross University is a short 5 minute drive.


THE PEOPLE
The home is best suited to full-time students and/or people with full time employment. We have fostered a friendly, respectful living environment perfect for quiet study and peaceful living. The central living area at the back of the house incorporating the open-plan lounge and kitchen is perfect for socializing and entertaining.
