Three bedrooms on the middle floor are available for rent by students, while the ground floor has one occupant being the property manager.
The upper floor master bedroom and ensuite are currently rented, while a smaller bedroom on the same level is for the use of the owner who occupies the premises from time to time.
Large Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Laundry on middle floor are communal.
The property is non smoking. Drugs, other than alcohol (! ) will not be tolerated.
