4-bedroom shared house, Grevillea Grove

This large home has three (3) medium sized bedrooms available for students to rent. Two of the bedrooms have a queen beds and one has a single bed. Each room has a desk, study chair and built in robes with ceiling fans. Linen is provided.
The house is very clean, fully furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen with combined lounge, dining area. There is also a large TV room and separate study area. Tenants will have to do their own laundry and keep their bedroom clean. Cleaning is provided fortnightly to the common areas and the gardens are attended to as required.
Tenants are required to be considerate and respectful to the other residents, it is for those who are serious about studying. This is not a party house. The common areas of the house are for the quiet enjoyment of tenants and approved guests only.
Shops are 5 minutes away.
The bus stop is at the end of the street and takes about 25 minutes to get to Uni. 10 minutes by car.
Internet is Wi-Fi.
